Looking at the 123RF forum, there seems to be many bugs lately.

I haven't been waiting longer than usual for my files to get through the review stage, but about a dozen of my videos appear to be stuck in the "Incomplete" section despite being fully keyworded and titled. Is this happening to anybody else?

I've had a couple stuck at various stages of the upload process forever. I just ignore them.

Some of my clips have been waiting for review since September.  Editorial photos have been waiting since August....

I think they are there, but there is now a new way to access them. Its the same sh i t that happened to me and they had to walk me through the new way, which I don't have committed to memory but do have screen shots at home. I'd post them but I am on the road.

Does anyone submitted this to 123RF support? I was wondering why my files wait for so long. Then I noticed they all seem "incomplete" even though they look like they have all the info they need... And then I found this post... -_-

Just wanted to open a new thread when I noticed it already exists ;D

My fully keyworded and described files are stuck in incomplete since a month now.
I'm not sure but this could have something to do with their new interface (and possible bugs)
The uploading process looks differently now, maybe they still haven't ironed it out.

I hope they'll fix that soon.

Also, one of the most annoying things they have initially done was enabling all the
"Consider for inclusion to 123RF Editorial if rejected." checkboxes by default while limiting the number of images per page (and also making me scroll a lot to squint for those checkboxes). I wasted quite a piece of my lifetime just clicking those checkboxes away since I submit in big batches. I loved the submission process as it was previously. Now they have made it admittedly better looking, but practically much worse.

After a while I got so annoyed that I have written myself a browser plugin to just disable those checkboxes automatically.
However I think they fixed the default couple of weeks later (now I don't care because I have my plugin).

Though I didn't get the reply from them. Few days after the mail to support all the photos were submitted. So it's worth to ask them.

Today, I got a set of images approved, submitted on 9 December. I didnt contact them in this matter, I was just waiting, so they must have got to it themselves.

Has anyone submitted photos this January, has reviewing process got any faster?
I started uploading my content to them lately but if it still takes forever to review maybe I should leave them alone for a while. Thanks!

I submitted some early January and they are still sitting there.  It's my first upload to them and I think there were some problems with the ID-think I grabbed my daughter's and uploaded that instead of mine.  I believe it's fixed now, though, so I am hoping they will get approved soon.
