So now we have the new system, when are the totals going to be updated? My tally for 2012 was 2063 (level 4) but the site is still showing 1997 (level 3), which means they will pay me 11% less than is due for any sales I make until they correct it.

These are meant to be updated monthly, presumably at the conclusion of each month rather than some random part of the way through it, so if they are doing this to us then they should get it right and adjust the totals at midnight on the end of the month.

I suppose it will all fall apart now. It's always been a bit buggy. Every now and again it shows me fabulous referral totals in my account when apparently I don't actually have any referral earnings at all. It makes me wonder what their computer is actually looking at, since there has to be something to generate those numbers.

Another earnings glitch.

Two small sales today so far, showing as 0.35 cents each (level 2) in the monthly and daily earnings summary pages.

However go to the individual stats (Sell Images / Download Stats of your images) and both images are showing individual earnings of 0.5 cents each. Until this has been fixed, as soon as more than one image has been sold each day it will be very hard to see how much is actually being paid for each image sale.

Mine updated about a week ago.

I took that to be them messing about ahead of the system going live. Does this mean A) that they are not counting the end of December in the December stats making it 11.66 months instead of 12 months, or B) that the "monthly update" is going to be at some weird point in the month that makes it almost impossible for us to check whether they have got the numbers right or not?

That's rhetorical, of course, since there is no way anyone except 123 knows the answer.

PS: According to my reckoning there is only 8 credits difference between Dec 11 and Dec 12, so either way I should still be in level 4. I have no idea how they are counting.

I assume that it is always the last 12 months whatever time of month they update.  Mine went up by 600 but this month I had 2 els and a 200mb sale so I don't know if any other adjustment went on or if it was just a result of having a much better December than last year.

now I am with 3 sales for 2.16$ but on the bottom stats I have 3 sales for 1.84$, is that the cut from 50% to 45%?

Thats so 123RF can remind you what you would have been paid before they cut your royalty rate

I had a level 2 subs sale for 25 cents but my 2013 earnings shows 0.  They are going to drop to insignificance earnings-wise with the royalty cut.

I think it's just a lag in one part of stats updating before others.  My commission hasn't changed and mine aren't the same either.  2.49$ daily and 1.75$ monthly

Frankly, the site is simply awful at displaying stats. I suggested many times that they change it (at least take some examples from ANY other significant agency), but it was like talking to a wall.

I noticed that the reported credit total didn't change with the start of the new month.  As I am right on the cusp of the next higher level, I am concerned that the count does not include the last sales in December, 2012.  My sales for January 1st are already showing the lower royalties of the reported level (4), so I'd like to know if the reported figures are correct (I do not believe they are) or, if not, when I should see them corrected.  My username is disorderly.

I've emailed them, too. And I don't see how the tally they have put down for me can possibly be correct.

They've now put me up to level 4, though I'm still doubtful about the accuracy of their calculation (2004 credits).

Agreed.  This morning I'm at level 5 and 5041 credits.  Last time I ran the calculation, I was about 200 credits higher than that.  But at least I'm at the right level.

Now they've dropped me back to level three, three points short, even though my count shows I am exactly on level 4 at 2,000 points. I've appealed, I think they may have left out three very late sales from the January count.

It's interesting that the value of my sales this Jan over last was up 10% and their actual cash return from my work was up 22%, but my credit tally went down because the credits total is not tied to the cash value of the sales.
