Ive been uploading for the past week yet nothing appears in the queue for editing. anyone else having this issue?
-
FTP uploads don't process the images in the upload queue. Status bar keeps empty after chewing for hours... >:(
-
And web upload is very slow now
-
I would not bother uploading there.
My sales have dwindled almost to nothing and yesterday I had two downloads for less than 0.2 dollars
One was for a "super" resolution, whatever that means for $0.15.
I stopped uploading to them months ago and if I ever reach payout I will remove my portfolio.
-
Web upload 123RF has not worked for a day. The website had already been closed for maintenance for a few hours. But the upload still does not work at all.

and "live chat" changed into "SUPPORT" that doesn't support anyone.
-
Minimal sales there these days anyway.
But Dr C is right: FTP uploads don't process the images in the upload queue. You have to import them which can take ages before anything shows ....even on a good day...
-
I also can not upload. Also my sales revenue do not show anymore. Yes I do have sales there. Are they going out of business ? E-mail them no response ?
-
Just called them on the phone. They have no idea....something dose not pass the smell test here.....
-
Figured it out...no help from 123...They changed their upload system. On the lower bottom left side on their site in very small print, which is new to their site . Click on 123 contributors... Now upload works and revenue shows.
-
Wonder who thought it would be a good idea to hide the most important information on the site!
-
Most likely some 19 years old code writer with green hair. Most likely a future Democrat.
-
Seems like there's more going wrong than that; this month is my worst month ever on 123 (less than half income vs. last month) and I have about 100 files waiting for review for several weeks now (photos rf, photos editorial and vectors)

My sales collapsed in January or so I thought as they have now collapsed even from that pitiful level.

123 is all fkd up. Here is the summary of my port. Note that I do not have 44,245 images and I do not have 3,058 Vectors. I DO HAVE about 3,200 images, 1,400 videos and zero vectors.
-
What does it show when you click the vector linK? Someone else's stuff or nothing? or videos?
Uploading has been a nightmare lately. Vectors disappearing or uploading as image, combined with it taking several days to process. Keeping track of what made it up and what didn't is driving me insane.

They fixed it, or it fixed itself.

Not for me sadly.
They fixed the melt down when nothing was making it onto the site at all, but the problems with hit or miss vector uploads, that have been going on for months, are still very much there.
-
Hi! Have you guys been able to upload at all? I've been trying to upload my vectors a few times since last week with no success. The processing bar doesn't even move one bit :-\
Is the site even working for buyers? This site is a low earner for me anyway but July just fell of the cliff.
-
Was just about to post about this again.
I am still having upload issues but worse the buyer site seems to be really buggy. Most of my new images can't be purchased.
You can find them in searches or portfolio views but when you click the specific image you get nothing but a greyed out screen, like the pop up window to buy the image doesn't work. Explains poor sales this month for me. Really bad news. Anyone else?
-
Me too all my upload gone! ::)
-
For me its now one of the increasing number of upload and forget...sales are so pitiful now its not worth the time/stress chasing down their numerous IT hiccups.
-
Once again 123 took off the upload section. What is 123 issue...
-
Wrong-- go to the bottom of the page and you will see a new contributor box there...
-
My new contributor button is gone again.
-
The new, new contributors button just came back. The green hair snowflake must of just reinstalled it again..
-
My new contributor button is gone again.
Its been moved to the right! Nice to see their laser like focus on the really important things.
-
I've been looking for the missing 'contributors' for ages, thanks Pauws99
All for nothing though, nothing has gone through there approval for over a month
Is there anyone out there...
-
Hi - Are there delays in the review of uploaded images ? Mine have been pending for over a month. Thanks.

Andy and Stephanie Sitt appear still to be at the helm of Inmagine, 123rf's parent company, but they're busy with all sorts of offshoot projects and it looks like minding the store at 123rf is not a priority
Some of these other projects are as far from running stock agency as you can get, such as this 3 day blockchain training "powered by Inmagine" they ran in July:
https://ethereumdevtraining.peatix.com/ (https://ethereumdevtraining.peatix.com/)
Other things seem closer to their original business, such as the acquisition of Vectr and Story & Heart last November, although their overblown descriptions of Inmagine: "...a global leader in the creative industry, continues to strengthen its global creative ecosystem" don't alter the fact that they don't do much with the businesses they acquire
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/inmagine-expands-global-creative-ecosystem-030000433.html (https://finance.yahoo.com/news/inmagine-expands-global-creative-ecosystem-030000433.html)
Other than a rather garbled blog post about bug fixes and improved speed, it's not clear what Vectr has done as part of Inmagine's stable
https://vectr.com/blog/updates/welcome-vectr-version-1-19-app-gets-twice-faster-and-multiple-bug-fixes/ (https://vectr.com/blog/updates/welcome-vectr-version-1-19-app-gets-twice-faster-and-multiple-bug-fixes/)
Inmagine also partnered with GliaCloud:
https://www.enterpriseinnovation.net/article/inmagine-and-gliacloud-partners-ai-based-video-creation-613900786 (https://www.enterpriseinnovation.net/article/inmagine-and-gliacloud-partners-ai-based-video-creation-613900786)
Earlier in 2017 Inmagine had acquired Pixlr from Autodesk as part of this "ecosystem" expansion:
http://pixlr.com/blog/123rf-acquires-autodesk-pixlr-to-boost-the-worlds-creative-ecosystem/ (http://pixlr.com/blog/123rf-acquires-autodesk-pixlr-to-boost-the-worlds-creative-ecosystem/)
At the time, one of the big things needed was to remove the requirement to use Flash
https://www.androidpolice.com/2017/04/26/pixlr-popular-photo-editor-autodesk-sold-123rf/ (https://www.androidpolice.com/2017/04/26/pixlr-popular-photo-editor-autodesk-sold-123rf/)
In January of this year, the Pixlr founder joined Inmagine group to run development on Pixlr
https://vn.123rf.com/pressroom/press-20180129.php (https://vn.123rf.com/pressroom/press-20180129.php)
Whatever he has done, Pixlr still requires Flash (I just went to their site to try and run it and it complained that I don't have Flash - something no one in their right mind should still be using).
The group is still hiring - look at the list of openings on the right:
http://startupjobs.asia/job/39836-inbound-key-account-manager-hong-kong-market-others-inmagine-group-malaysia (http://startupjobs.asia/job/39836-inbound-key-account-manager-hong-kong-market-others-inmagine-group-malaysia)
Bottom line is that there is a lot of activity, PR buzzwords and big talk from Inmagine, but when it comes to actually delivering on promises, they fall way short.
I assume that's why they weren't able to sell the group or take it public (https://www.techinasia.com/malaysian-husband-wife-bootstrapped-worlds-top-stock-image-players), two other things talked about in trade rags a couple of years back. Perhaps they hope if they keep issuing press releases about new things - like blockchain training - no one will notice that existing parts of their business are withering on the vine for lack of attention...
-
Sounds like they are jumping on any trendy buzzword filled bandwagon going ;-).
-
I uploaded some video about 10 weeks ago and emailed them five weeks later asking when they would be reviewed. They responded in a day and approved them. Here it is weeks later and the videos still do not show up in my port. But that's about it for me with 123. My videos used to sell there (2-3 a month) now they never sell. I've posted before that my sales went from roughly $200 a month to about $30 a month within a short period of time (perhaps 6 months). Now, it is a turtle race between Dreamstime and 123 to see who hits $30 first:)
-
And again 123RF web upload is not possible from Holland (Statement: 'failed to open output stream') already for several hours now....
