Hi
I recently uploaded some images to 123RF for "review" as I am requesting to become a Contributor there. I just checked my account and of the 13 images I uploaded, 9 were Accepted. The 4 that were rejected have been approved for Editorial. I also uploaded 1 Editorial and it's status is "pending". How and when do I know if I have met their criteria? Some of the other agencies send you an email with a thumbs up, or down. Not sure how long to wait?

They dont have a test, if the images are approved they are for sale, but it can take some time for them to show up in the search, and it takes even longer for them to show up in your portfolio. Also, since you are new, your commission will drop from 50% to 30% in 3 weeks.

It seems that was all I was seeing since I started in Nov. 2010 as well. Every one complaining of diminishing income since 2011 and throughout 2012. Wish I started with stock 5 or 8 years ago, so I could also have experienced some of the "good old glory days".

Don't let it discourage you, just keep on clicking and uploading. If it was not worth while any longer, this site would have had much less members.
