Hi
I'm new to 123RF, and I'm trying to figure out the best workflow to edit then submit new uploads. I use Filezilla to upload. What is the best workflow once the images have been received by 123RF (right now I'm getting a little confused between clicking on the
"For Photographers/Upload" and "For Photographers/History" link at the bottom of the page?

have you opened them?

Upload is for uploading as the name says, there you have the FTP process button
History is to see what files you got approved or rejected (editorial on the bottom)

If you store description and keywords in the ICTP of the JPG there is no editing to be done at 123 unless you need to attach a release.

Is it important to upload Editorials using the editorial directory in filezilla, or just up load both RF images with Editorial and let them get separated after inspection? All info, such as keywords, title, and description are input in Photoshop.

No, you need to upload in separate folders

no, just upload all images, then submt them & click the box that sdays "consider as editorial if rejected as RF"; no need for 2 separate uploads - something more agencies shold take note of - then we wouldnt have to deal with each agencies different definitions of editorial

Thanks for everyones input. I appreciate it. One more question.......is there a specific format that they want their Editorial images worded? I notice in the History page for submitted editorials Title box there isn't a lot of room to give a newsworthy description
