Is anyone else having trouble uploading footage to 123RF? Mostly my files don't even make it onto my account ( at which point 123RF blames 3rd party software or my files, or me not clicking the "click here first" link and the other links along the way) - or they end up in the processing queue with a message of "error in video encoding"....

It doesn't seem to be the FTP software which works fine with all the other sites, and I've tried out Filezilla, Cyberduck and Transmit - all with the same (non)results).

It doesn't seem to be the way the files are encoded or formatted, because sometimes a couple of files form from a batch will make it but not others (all our files saved with the same format, code etc).

I have tried this process a couple of times a week over the last couple of months, so it isn't a dodgy internet connection or 'off-day'...

Has anyone else faced these problems and figured out a solution?
