Yes but you have to write them to review the pictures. They are in some kind if problem. Read the other threads in this forum about that.

Sometimes it seems as though the pictures are reviewed immediately, then other times it's like months.

All my files get reviewed, but sometimes it could take up to 3-4 months. So I just throw pre-tagged files into my FTP and let them stay in the automatic "pending" mode after they are processed. This is no work at all and is the only reason I still upload there.

Wow I've got commercial videos with status pending since the 11th of April 2018 and editorial photos since the 15th of October 2018 in there. No issue with commercial photos, all the recent ones from the last weeks have been reviewed.

Do we need to email them when it takes too long?

I stopped uploading to them and started deleting.

Deleting takes seconds  ;D

long annoying uploading process + ages to review
One of the most harsh royalty schemes with subscriptions paying as low as 21cents.
Sales not good over there so they have been sent to the bench, I'm better off spending time making more content.

In my case, the number of sales is relatively fine at 123RF but the total earnings are horrible as almost all the sales are at $0,22. And one cannot improve the level as they are not reviewing the files :-(

Uploading works but once uploaded it takes them months to review. I have dropped them an email asking them to review my files and Always that same excuse that they were "busy". Busy doing what? Working out other ways to cut down royalties?

Sales used to be good at 123 and I have uploaded the same port there as to other agencies. Sales are not even 10% of what they used to be and 0% compared to the other agencies.

Just to follow up, they've come back to me apologising and have reviewed everything I had pending since April. So problem solved for now... until next time :)

Congratulations! And what are you going to do with all that $0.22 when/if it sells? ;)

Believe it or not, 123RF is one of the best Middle Tier for the type of photos and videos in my portfolio :) Sales aren't limited to 0.22, it depends which license is purchased and which contributor level you have.

it depends which license is purchased and which contributor level you have.

That is the problem: I used to be a 4/5 level but with their "we do not review and we do not promote our site" attitude they have brought that down to level 2....
