US Tax form 1099 from 123RF

I asked 123RF when we will get our 1099 forms from their agency for the 2018 tax year. Helpful as always, they said:

If you have their taxpayer ID and a PayPal report, I'd think you're good to go. Verify if the two totals matched last year (PP vs. 1099) and you're off to the tax man.

Looks like this will be a repeat of last year... down to the final hours to get the stupid 1099.
On a side note, I haven't received my January earnings yet, and now we are in March. More "writing on the wall"? And don't even get me started about Crestock not paying out for over 6 months.
