Check your downloads page everyone, mine has just changed all my download royalties to LEVEL 1, despite showing my correct level on my Account page.

It was correct up until today, but something has changed and all my downloads for January are now being accounted as level 1's.

I have emailed 123RF, but you might want to check your stats as well.

I have the same error - and I looked earlier today and things were correct then.

I sent a tart note to support. It is just pathetic that having caught iStock-itis (i.e. naked greed) they've also caught iStock's incompetence at software development too and have messed up the implementation in a way iStock would be proud of.

There's no RC counter with individual sales. There's no information about the royalty percentage used for each month. There's apparently no permanent connection between sales over the last 12 month and current royalties either.

Incompetent and greedy - such a lovely combination.

I took screen shots of what I see and I guess I'll have to check a bit more regularly on what they're doing - I was just looking for abnormally low royalty amounts to be sure these "mistakes" that have happened in the last month or two don't recur.

123RF is having again a BUG in reporting the sales, my balance just dropped and there were no refunds, how can we trust an agency this way?

Thats it in a nutshell luis, when agencies implement bad moves in such poor ways, it totally destroys any contributor confidence that might have been left.

Has it been corrected now because my stats are fine?

Monthly Earnings stats OK.
Problem: download Stats for Januar are w/o last yesterday sales.
They disappeared before one hour.
Maybe they went on lunch  ;)

Have a nice, sunny weekend.

There's also a worrying discrepancy between the royalties that show on my Microstockr iPhone App and the royalties that show on 123rf. Needless to say, the royalties showing on 123rf are lower than the App. This wasn't the case before 1st Jan 2013.

I wouldn't call anything about their stats page OK, but it is back to it's usual state of semi-operational :)

I thought I'd cut and paste the January downloads pages into a spreadsheet to add them up and see if matched what the earnings page was telling me. They don't agree on number of downloads or $$ (but the amounts are small).

I checked today's sales and have three different quantities of downloads for today! Three!

On the earnings page I see one number; if I go to page 2 of my downloads list, that shows one fewer than the earnings page. If I use the drop down lists on the downloads page to select today's date, it shows me two fewer.

I'm sure I'm just supposed to trust that eventually these will all line up and show the same amount, but my supply of trust is on the low side following my cut in royalties and a parade of earnings errors.

Support did reply to my ticket this morning apologizing for the inconvenience and saying that the problem had been fixed.

I just received $0.189 for an S size download. Is this normal? It's the lowest amount I've ever received for a small size download.

I had one of those towards the end of january. Quite insulting.

A while back they promised a minimum price per credit for royalty calculations of 40 cents. With the new mini-royalties they're paying, 30% of 40 cents is 12 cents for a 1 credit sale, 35% is 14 cents, 40% is 16 cents, 45% is 18 cents and so on.

IS can do better than that though - an XS for 7 cents if you're at the 15% floor for an indie :)

And I just checked DT to see what sold this morning to find a 21 cent royalty for an XS - I understand it's more than 19 cents, but not much..

Unfortunately I think this is the new normal following the royalty cuts and reduced credit prices.  I had one for $0.14 last month and today had a PEL for $10.01.  Get used to it if you stay with them - hope it doesn't go any lower.

Yes it's normal, it's a royalty cut, a gift from the agency just in return for your efforts, and no it will not be lowered again, never, don't worry.

Oh gould, off we go again, just like Istock. If we carry on like this there'll be nowhere to upload to  :(

Is it worth to work for almost zero $?
I have already reduced upload on 123, CS, and DP.
And stopped on BS.

Yeah, I see where you are coming from, it does feel like working for peanuts. If the amount of sales were vastly increasing I wouldn't mind the drop in royalties too much, but that is just not happening, well not for me it isn't.

I do vector images and I've recently signed up and loaded some of my port to a new vector only agency who are offering 70% commission, and the cost to a buyer for each standard license is $19.99, so 70% of that amount is great, also their EL licenses sell to buyers for $99.99 and the royalty on those is still 70% which is super duper. I've heard some are getting sales from this new agency, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will take off. If I start getting results from there, then I will seriously take a good look at all the low paying agencies to consider whether to carry on uploading or not.

On the other hand, an image with very modest sales makes > $3 for an extra small

I'm level 3 in 123rf.
6 marth, 12 sales: 8sub,2S,1M,1L = 3,31$ ouahhh fantastic, 0.27$/image.
Ok march resolution : bye bye 123rf
I have to say bye bye to Veer (don't want to pay me since october 2012, no response to my emails !), Panthermedia ( I really don't like -15% final tax).
Lot of productive work in march,  :-\....
