I have tried to upload to Alamy via FTP and Image Manager. The images show without thumbnails in the image manager, but there are "processing errors - "processing failed". I have tried a couple of times, but don't want to try any more in case it affects my QC rating.

I am quite new to Alamy so does anyone know what this usually means?

It happens, often several times in succession, but I've never heard of it affecting your QC record.

I guess I just wait a while and keep trying?

Indeed; there's no option. I found it happened more often with the old live news feed, but I haven't submitted live news for a ages now.

Are you waiting for QC for something?  It has happened to me when I tried to upload before last batch passed QC.  When it did, no issue. 

No I am not waiting for anything. The day before it was fine; yesterday not so fine. Trying again this morning.
