Please note that if someone hasnt selected both the options (Opt in/Opt Out) it means they are not part of the Novel use Program. And also anyone who didnt reply will not be a part of the program.

If you have opted for Novel use, you are included in the program and you have a two weeks time to opt out (If you wish to). And if your decision is not made within the specified time period of two weeks, then you will have the choice to opt out only in the next April 2009.

Thanks for the clarification. But now that they are offering a two-week opt-out window it's somewhat of a moot point.
