I just had a sale on Alamy that I had mistakenly marked RM. Everything else I have is RF. This is an old file and I immediately tried to delete the file and was told that it will be on sell until June 30. My problem is this file is for sale on other RF sites.

What should I do? Should contact Alamy? I've started deleting it from the other RF sites but some aren't so immediate.

Yeah, I have the same problem, I dont know what to do, but I deleted the file and if Alamy keeps selling it then its their problem. But I've heard you can write to customer support to ask them to change the licence on the image.

If the file has sold Alamy likely will not change the license.  I've heard other people who deleted all keywords (so file cannot be found) and then did the 6 month delete. you might also set all the restrictions, to reduce any use via lightbox, before delete. Uploading the file as RF in the mean time would get it back on sale.

Set restrictions to all countries worldwide, then request deletion.
