Is Alamy's contributor's forums site broken?

Haven't been able to sign-in to it in for several days.  Latest posts appear to be dated this past Monday.

Latest post timestamp indeed 4 days old.  It means no regulars are able to login either.

Many things seem to be broken over there, not just Forum.  CTR reporting flattens out, comes back, stops working again.   Makes me wonder about Sales reporting as well.

I was told by Alamy that they're working on it.  Since Monday.  No joy yet.

It does appear that Alamy's IT support has been slow in recent months to address issues.  For the Contributor Forum to be unavailable for almost a week is somewhat unusual.

Perhaps an indication of the lack of IT resource to address the problems in a timely manner?

Might be more serious. Something broken deeper in the back end. Again, basing this on repeat CTR reporting issues much more frequent lately.

Maybe they are in lengthy process of upgrading back-end servers etc and Forum being least significant can wait.
Or maybe they are simply pulling Shutterstock; we all know what happened with SS Forum

Yes, could be owners PA Media arent too impressed with the Alamy Contributors Forum and are considering ditching it. More than a week now since the forum was live.

Going into the second week now and I'm puzzled why they haven't made a general update about this. They have three accounts on Twitter (X), a Facebook page, their own site (with blog), and could send out an email (I have had two emails since the forum went down - one detailing the July POTM challenge and one about latest buyer trends). Last but not least they could post here on MSG - they have participated here many times (though less so recently). Just a simple reassurance that they are not closing the forum and that there is a technical problem that they are working to resolve would suffice.

Seems thered been a glitch at the third-party forum provider. Nevertheless the forum appears to be low-priority or unimportant to Alamy. Never mind, its back for now.

Forum seems to be unimportant to all agencies, not just Alamy.  Towards the end SS Forum was garbage can for all kinds of spam before they closed it.  Adobe doesn't even have one.   It's a shame because  when organized and moderated properly Forums can be terrific resource for sharing information, support etc.
