Title: do lightboxes help?
Post by: Dan on May 28, 2013, 09:58
i  was  wondering  if  there's  any  advantage  to  putting  your  pics  in  lightboxes?

I didn't even know you could do that on Alamy other than in buyer mode!

Maybe you can, but I've never heard of it, IO've never seen it done and can't see how to do what you probably want. (That's doesn't mean it's not there!)
People in the forums sometimes halfheartedly say you can link to a similar in the file description, but I can only see that you could do it as a text link. Again, I could easily be missing something.

Yes you can put pictures in light boxes. The main advantage would be if you wanted to send someone a link to the set (which you can do from within Alamy). Or if you wanted to post somewhere a link to a particular set.
