I can sale in Alamy the sames pictures from other sites? (SS,IS,123rf..)

if yur selling images as rf on sites like ss then on alamy they should sell as rf , NOT as rm

^^ What Noodle said, but even if a person is just a bit, tiny pixels or fuzzy in the background, they need a release, and if you don't have a release, you can't sell them as RF at Alamy.
So either you need to remove the even the most vague, unrecogniseable people.
