Anyone had this and know what it means?

It's probably not a big deal, but I'm still curious.
Tx

Tx.
So it's just a glitch/bug in the system?

I've seen other folks post about this in the forum.  My understanding is that if the system can't calculate a number, rather than "Null" or something similar, the system places the value "NaN"

You have a CTR of 33.33% so I'm not sure why your Total CTR would be "NaN"?

Also how the total views and total zooms could be 0?

From where is that capture?

My "Your images" looks different in "Alamy measures"...

From "Your Images", i.e. "Customer activity on your images"

Looks like views are somehow not counted / not reported. That's why CTR can't be calculated (CTR = (zooms / views) * 100), division by zero...

'Total CTR' isn't my total CTR, it's the ratio of all images (by anyone) zoomed compared to those viewed.

Hmmm, just noticed another of these NaNs above the one I posted earlier:

Some sort of bug... If I try order by ctr% get an run-time error page.

I frequently get such weird things now a days in my alamy. zoom ('your zoom') but no view ('your view'). sometime there is my view but not a single total view. and some time a search shows a term for my alamy but that search term does not come in "All of Alamy" for that period. lol

Divide by zero error. Total views is nothing which is creating the error.

It is surely 'zero total views' which is the error. If I got one view, how can the total be zero?

Could there be some delay in the data for that one view being passed to the stage where the % has been calclulated?

We're getting into potentially techie waters here. Do you mean 'literally' delay? These two NaN lines were showing on Friday and they're still showing now, though of course there hasn't been an update since then. I've never seen it before in my stats. I see a few references to it in the Alamy forums, but no real answer. But the search on Alamy is crawling, so I gave up after page 5, with loads of 'nan' in the middle of names or words showing up, like Fernan or inanimate.
