Title: Refunds on Alamy

Lovely day for me! Two large purchases were refunded after 28 days! Thus I am a negative 2 in sales this month! 28 days to use the photos and they refund them- I am so close to closing shop. Just not worth the effort to work with some of these companies... :-\

It makes me so sad to hear this...I never had a sale on Alamy but I was so hoping to have one soon. I can't even imagine what would I do if I finally have one and then they refund it  :(

let's just say I got a 'Heat Flash' from my blood pressure. I almost put my fist through my desktop. I will only look at Alamy balance on the end of the each month day to keep my temper in check. Just unreal that a so-called buyer can keep a photo for almost 30 days and return it. Terrible policy!
