It could be any magazine published in the US (except those with a print run of over 100,000)
You've only got a very tiny chance of ever knowing: the only chance is if someone happened to see it and let you know. There is an Alamy in use thread on their forums, but the people who post there are mostly UK togs reporting uses in UK newspapers, because one UK newspaper in particular is very slow, and sometimes 'iffy' about reporting sales, especially reuses. Even then, it's usually online uses that are recorded.
You might get lucky - but don't hold your breath.
