Hi Martin;

Why don't you "adult" and contact Alamy directly? How is a third party forum going to help you when they have zero nada zilch to do with Alamy? Put your big boy pants on and try it.

Is the $146 in your "current cleared balance?" on your homepage?
Usually that's cleared at the beginning of the following month if it's over $50. Mine is somewhere between Alamy and my bank, but as this is a holiday weekend, that's normal.

If it's anywhere else, three to six months is normal.

What happens is that Alamy gives credit terms to their customers.

So if a customer buys an image they have a certain amount of time to pay for it.

Some get 3 month credit terms and some can get up to 6 months.

If you email [email protected] they will be able to advise.  Usually they say they'll pass it on to their credit control dept.
