Title: $0.00 download?
Post by: elvinstar on June 03, 2011, 11:02
Today, I noticed that I had an image downloaded twice on BigstockPhoto. Once for $1.00 and once for $0.00. Anyone else seeing anything like this or have any ideas?

I notice that the image is called Chef with vegetables and the first download of $0.00 came 15 minutes before the $1 one. Maybe the vegetables had to pass health and safety first before the sale went through.

Yes, at least since their recent announcement about new prices, all sales seems to appear twice - once with 0 and once with some actual price.

^^ Thanks! Today is slow there for me, so that was the only sale since the announcement. I'll keep my eyes open to see if it continues.

Hello --

This was a minor bug from our release yesterday. The contributor reports were showing two entries from our logs -- one for when the buyer initiated the download and one when we billed the customer and completed the transaction. This issue has now been resolved and the reporting should be accurate.

Sorry for any inconvenience!
Miles
