Title: Bigstock FTP cue standing still?

I uploaded a number of images the other day to Bigstock via FTP.  They haven't shown up on the site yet, and when I log into Bigstock via FTP I still see the files sitting there.

The files usually go through to the 'unfinished files' area right away, but they seem to be 'stuck' this time.

Anyone else having this problem?

I used FTP with Bigstock yesterday and they showed up immediately.  No problem here.

Same here - uploaded a small batch (11 files) yesterday and they were available for keywording as soon as I checked (an hour later).
