About 10 days ago I should have gone up a royalty tier at bigstock, based on my previous 12 months of sales. But still no change at all. I have emailed support, with no response either.

Has anyone had any experience with this? I seem to remember my previous upgrade just happening when it should.

They certainly downgraded everyone automatically.

Ha, yeah ain't that true! Strange how the agencies never seem to get the downgrading part wrong...

I reached a new royalty tier June 1st, however I'm still getting paid based on the old rate now a month later. A couple of weeks ago got a response from BS that they will be looking into this. I can not understand how it can take so long time to fix this issue. Very frustrating. Anyone else having similar issues with their royalty tier?

Mine went up automatically on April 1 from 29 cent to 31 cent tier. Think it's unlikely to go up again. The jump from 31 to 33 would require a big increase in sales.

I just noticed on their site if your images sell elsewhere for less they will lower your prices.
