Must be over a month since any of my new uploads to SS have transferred over to BigStock. When the BtB first started I used to get an email everytime they transferred a batch. Then the emails stopped but the transfers still happened. Now they've stopped altogether.

Anyone else finding the same?

yep.  I was wondering what happened as well.  Perhaps someone from Bigstock will chime in???

My last image was transferred on Oct 11.

Do you still submit to Bigstock if you have a portfolio at Shutterstock?

I do because I had no bridge

I started up supplying both ss and big.
Then they merged and said they could build a bridge.
Well they havent, and now I have the oppertunity to upload to both.
The double amount of time spent. From my side. As usual.

BUT since the agency did not find it worthwhile to merge ports, I considered that for me as a private vendor it wouldnt be either.
So I left it.

Looks like my last 'Bridge' transfer was Oct 10.
That's about 75 images they need to catch up.

Thanks for sorting it our so quickly.  I hadn't even noticed that the latest images hadn't even been transferred.

Thanks for the rapid action. Please, please, please can you send a couple your guys over to an agency in Calgary where they have more bugs than the Amazon rainforest?

I thought you'd know all about the concept of sunk costs - as in don't try to recover them. Let's leave the functional software/customer service people on the functional microstock sites. :)
