FTP is not working the last couple of days for me.

Sorry to sound like a broken record - but please forward all information to Support.  We need the exact account name to be able to look up the account and troubleshoot any issues, since this isn't widespread (the same goes for FTP).  The team can only troubleshoot the issue or check the user account if they have that information and a description of the circumstance in which the issue occurred.

it looks that they have fixed it ;-)

I've had problems uploading via html interface, you select you files and upload, goes through the motions and then just returns to the upload interface.

It appears that the old glitch is back. Anyone else having trouble logging into BS?

Been trying to login since this morning. The site hangs for a few seconds as if it's trying to log-in, then reverts to the original homepage (not-logged-in page).

Facing same problem, contacted BS support through http://www.bigstockphoto.com/contactus.html and within few hours received reply from them that problem has been resolved. I tried again and successfully login.

Support tried to help but without any result.
Now they just stopped answering my emails!
