Can't batch edit during Bigstock Submission

I've had tons of rejections from Bigstock recently only to find out that I did nothing wrong, but they messed my images. When batch editing, for some reason all images in the batch inherit title and description from the first image... obviously making all titles and description meaningless and thus rejected.
I'm sure this wasn't happening in the past.
Looks like Bigstock is gone for me.  :-\

You're right, it didn't happen in the past. It's happening since at least a couple of few months. I contacted them twice, they replied but never fixed the problem.

Edit: mindstorm (see next post) is correct; more like 6 months than a couple of months

That started happening to me back in February. When I contacted tech support, they said they knew of the problem and that I would have to single each photo 1-by-1 until it was fixed.

Zero update since then, and the problem still exists.  I simply put BS on hold and will not upload anything new until they fix this. No way are they a big enough revenue generator to warrant such nonsense...

Category Guesser broken for ages, batch edit broken for ages, references to a contributor referral bonus that doesn't exist anymore.....they haven't fixed a thing in years on the site.

I thought it was a Shutterstock testing ground at one point, but now I don't even know what they keep it around for?
