Can't batch edit during Bigstock Submission

(1/3) > >>

Claire:
For about half a year now, I have not been able to batch submit photos using the button "edit selected images" under "edit and submit images" in the contributor submission area during photo submissions.

I have written to Bigstock several times and they say they are working on the issue, but at this rate it doesn't seem that they will fix the issue and in the mean time I can only submit images one at a time, which would take far too long for me, so I don't submit at all any more.

It seems a shame to loose Bigstock, so I am wondering if any other contributors have this issue and know of a work-around? I have tried Mac, PC and iPhone using many different browsers and still no luck.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You are wasting your time writing to bigstock I've written to them on a number of occasions concerning the broken web uploader and the broken ftp uploader.

They mouth email platitudes about getting it fixed but it never happens.

Forget them they don't care

Given my pitiful income I certainly wouldn't waste my time trying to "reach out" to them. I only upload out of some pathetic misplaced optimism.

I limit my (much larger) photo files to a maximum of 25 MB with Lightroom. Each agency accepts the pictures then.

But uploading to Bigstock, which according to the website accepts photos up to 25Mb, is in reality limited to smaller files. I can not upload about 30% of my photos because they are too big according to Bigstock (but all of them are smaller than 25Mb).

I had an extensive correspondence with various employees of Bigstock. Unfortunately, they do not even understand the problem I have submitted. I have to make the files even smaller, the advice is .....
