I am having difficulty with the uploading of images to my port at Bigstock.  When I try to upload 10 images via the multi upload page, the connection fails after the 1st or second image.  The same things happens when I upload to BigStock using cushystock as well, just one or two images go through and the rest fail.  This doesn't happen with any of the other sites I upload to, just BigStock.  Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is a solution?
Any help would be appreciated.
Jan

I am having difficulty with the uploading of images to my port at Bigstock.

All I know is that I can't FTP any more since I switched to Filezilla (it only uploads 2) when SmartFTP turned paying, but last week multi-upload worked fine. Maybe it's just a temporary glitch.

Whenever I have had problems with the Multi Image Up-loader it was due to BigStock refreshing all or part of the site. Give it a half hour break and try again. Always works for me this way.

I just uploaded five images with FileZilla and submitted them without any problems.

Thank you for your replies.  I wish the solution was as easy as waiting an hour or so. This problem has been happening for about 3 weeks now.  Previously, uploading to BigStock worked well.  I haven't made any changes to my computer or internet connection, and can't work out why I'm having upload problems.  In total frustration, I emailed BigStock yesterday, so hopefully they may have a solution.  I really like BigStock, and want to build my portfolio there, but it's just so difficult to get my images uploaded at present.

Try uploading some images from a friends house or from work. If you still have the same problem, then maybe has something to do with your account on the BigStock server, if not then it is a maybe a problem with your computer setup.

... when using ftp, you need to limit the number of simultaneous connections to 1 for BigStock. I don't know if you can do this with CushyStock FTP function. It is possible to do this with FileZilla.

Thanks Oboy,
I haven't tried uploading from someone else's computer yet, so I will give that a go and see if it makes a difference.
I'll check cushy stock as well.
Cheers,
Jan

Yes Oboy, thanks. I suspected it, but too lazy to try it out.
I checked in Menu : File | Site manager > bigstockphoto, in the Transfer settings tab the box Limit of simultaneous connections, and set it to 1. Works fine now like that.
