For some time now I have been unable to submit editorial images. Even though I have ticked the editorial box and selected editorial as a category, they are rejected saying I should tick the editorial box and select editorial category. It’s driving me mad! Over a month ago I emailed them and got the reply that it has been reported to their tech team who are reviewing the matter. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone found a way around it?

Yes, it's been a problem for some time now and, as usual, they seem largely uninterested in what is probably
a simple fix.

Oh yes - had read about that. Lucky we have “highly skilled” “tech talent” “focusing” on the editorial platform  :)

Belish:
The "editorial" bug is for months now. And the "batch edit" bug where the system overwrites the IPTC data from one file to all of the others is present for more than an year. So I am not hopeful that they are working on in. Looks like it is an legacy software/system.
But if see a fix, please write here :)
