Title: How do they expect anything with this Search??

Having a lousy search-engine,  is like expecting your car to run on menure, from the gas alone it will probably run at 20miles per hour. At a stock-agency with a lousy search, you get the scratch-your-head buyers whos happy with just about anything as long as its a pic and its kind of ticking over, thats all.
The serious ones with the money, rather go for apendix surgery with a 10 day leave.
