Same here. Payout address changed by someone. I had enough cash for payout, so i'm curious what next. Making enough cash for payout at bigstock takes 4-5 monts for me :(

I think they don't send money right away, but after some time, so i think there's a hope for me...

I don't have any pirate software, i don't visit any strange sites... So i think the problem is somewhere at bigstock

michal812:
And one more thing

I've received a mail, probably fake because it was from a strange address ([email protected] [nofollow]), and veryn long link hidden under www.bigstockphoto.com [nofollow]. Anyway at start i thought it's real, and they are doing what they have to do, and i let it go. But it was send 15 minutes before changing my paypal address. So it should be suspended before changing paypal address. So i tried to login and... my account is'nt suspended. Here is the mail:
"Hi Michal,

Your account to prevent cyber attacks has been suspended for 12 days.

Your information will be zero at this time and after the designated time will return to normal operation.
have any questions, just reply to this email.

Cheers,
The Bigstock Team"

Hope this will help somebody

I'm sure it's fake.  The poor English of their message is another red flag.  "Your information will be zero" is not something any native speaker of English would write.

I agree, definitely fake.

In my case, it took 3 weeks for my account to be unsuspended and my images put back online. No money was lost (except for what I might have earned in those 3 weeks).

Apparently the hackers have found a way to make Bigstock a source of easy money. They've taken time to familiarize themselves with BS' payment procedures---maybe they are or were members there, perhaps even previously employed by them.
Well, either way, harden your passwords, change them frequently, keep your system updated, always be diligent.
