Title: No previews in new uploads

I saw no previews in my all new uploads in BS site.

I deleted them and uploaded again.

Same problem.

I have the same problem now going on two days . I called Joseph at support and he said it would be fixed in 24 hours.  Nothing yet.  What's going on with these micro sites?  They all are breaking down.  They are making enough money off our work -- so things should be fixed ASAP.

I've had that problem for months with BS. At every stage it reads, "Image Not Available". After the image is accepted I can then see it.

Had thumbless images in the queue, but thumbs has now been created for them. Maybe it is fixed now?

I had that happen friday so I just left them there.  They finally had the previews today.  Wonder what causes that to happen sometimes.

Their reply to me Anita:
"Thank you for contacting Bigstock.

We are currently experiencing problems with thumbnails being generated. Our tech team is working on resolving this problem as soon as possible. It should not cause any problems if you submitted them without the thumbnails having been generated. We apologize for the inconvenience."
