FTP upload was shut down cuase they want to reduce queues but why I cannot access my photos waiting for description at this time. It does not make any sense...

Yeah! I really think they should at least keep that open.
The shutdowns have been very frequent lately.

Maybe because processing those photos would put them in the queue they just locked down. :)
Just my guess...
