BigStock have been doing a lot of work to their image page layout lately. But I am baffled by one thing - How on earth does a buyer download an Extended License?

http://www.bigstockphoto.com/image-24923867/

Where is the option to choose an EL? There is a text link about "available as an EL" or similar, but it just takes you to the license agreement?

Am I missing something obvious? I haven't had an EL there in ages and now I'm wondering if this is why!!

go to credits click download and then there is an option on the next screen.

Not for me? Perhaps because I'm logged in? It just takes me straight to the credit card info page.

Seriously though, if they want to sell EL's shouldn't there be a big obvious button or tick box ON the image page to promote it?

Thanks tickstock.

So a logged in user cannot purchase an EL even if they wanted to? Is that the case? I just went to a random photo, not one of mine, and clicked credits and download and there is no option for me to purchase an EL. Do you have to actually purchase the credits first before an EL is even mentioned?

This seems crazy. Why make buying things hard!?

After 4 years and a 2500 portfolio, I never had an EL at Bigstock!
