Title: Upload Issues on Sunday, September 30th

Hi folks,

I wanted to let you know about a site issue that Bigstock experienced on Sunday. Our file system had a hiccup between the hours of 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time and 11:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Unfortunately any uploads made to Bigstock during this time will need to be re-uploaded.

If you used our web-uploader you would have seen an error on the website, however if you used FTP you may not have noticed any error messages. Please accept our apologies. The web operations team works very hard to keep the site online and operational and any disruption like this is an opportunity for us to examine what happened, improve our process, and prevent it from occurring again.

Thanks for the info!  I'm curious... what does a 'Product Owner' own?

Hi rubyroo,

I did have problems yesterday but re-loaded everything today and all went well.
