Title: W-8BEN form never been reviewed

I've sent many times a new W-8BEN form as requested on the website and it has never been reviewed, I've got no email, nothing, usually it takes 2 days for approval.
What happen with this site ? I've 100$ to withdraw and I don't want 30% taxes because of their inaction.

I had the same problem with them. Waited  several weeks and nothing happened. So I sent an E-mail to the support team and it was reviewed immediately, I suggest you do the same.

Same here, I updated tax in December 2020 and nothing, now I updated it again about week ago thinking something was wrong the first time and still nothing.

I guess I should send them e-mail.

Whats the email?

Likewise. I think they are not doing it until you reach the payable amount but @Smithore has 100$, that's weird.

I sent a message to the support team using the contact form of the site, i hope it's the best way to reach someone at the team, if the team is not a stupid AI or other Zuckerberg entity (thanks to Roger Waters).

I've got 32$, but still waiting for tax approved bacuse I don't want to pay 30% taxes.

Yesterday they replied to my email, my tax form has been accepted.
