Title: 3d Shooting and focus with Spider Tech
Post by: leaf on January 28, 2012, 16:04
There is a fun little story recently about some scientists who figured out that a Jumping Spider determines depth and focus by a special way their eye works and focuses / refocuses certain wave lengths of light.  Possible new camera tech?  We can only hope.

3D images with one lens - wow.

I wonder though why most spiders have 4 pairs of eyes though.
