I am not quite sure what you are getting at. Are you saying I have a bad feedback rating on ebay with 25 negatives? If so, you should also mention the 1683 positive ratings.

I replied to that buyer that I offered a money back guarantee. If i send items is good condition and they arrive in poor condition there is not much more I can do than offer a money back guarantee.

yeah, it does need a stand.

I am selling it becuase I prefered just a regular muslin background without the frame thing. it IS very large....
