I am often playing with a programmable selftimer/controler on my Canon camera, but in less extreme activities like in these  paddling self portraits:

I do all my vertical aerial photos with a remote on my Pentax K10. Works great. lot less wires running around in the cockpit. My photos aren't as spectacular though.

Not yet, only because I hadn't quite figured out how to safely attach my camera to my bike.  But I will now!

The less safe activity I do in my life is walking. It wouldn't give special images unless I start making the moonwalk
