My father got nikon d7xxx which has autofocus motor in it and he got 2 old lenses that he bought maybe 20 years ago.
The lenses are 35-70 3.3f and 50mm 1.8.
I will probably get my nikon d3300 soon and i dont know if will be able to use these lenses with my d3300.
??

They should be F mount so yes. If the lenses are 100% manual then you will have to use manual focus but they should still work. The 50mm 1.8 is a sweet lens and very sharp.

I think it is F mount because the name that written on the lens is "AF nikkor..."
How can i know if it 100% manual lens?
And will it be annoying and hard to focus manually for a begginer?

What exactly does that lens have in its barrel?

Here is a link that might help.

Both will be manual focus on D3300.

By the way 35-70 might not cope with the new cameras sensor resolution. Results may be soft eith this lens on both camera.

Will it be difficult and annoying for me to focus manually or ill get use to it fast?

Depends. Some cameras will still "beep" when the focus is right. You'd have to look that up for the camera you have.
You can use live view as well, but it's fiddly.

When cameras were manual focus, they generally had better focussing screens. Often "split screen" where the image appears to be split until in focus. Modern camera focusing screens are generally not as good for focusing, but give a better view.
Really though you're worrying about stuff that there is no need to worry about. If you really are an absolute beginner as it sounds you are, get the camera and learn to take photographs with the kit lens first before worrying about other stuff.

I have D5300 and Nikkor 50 1.8, Tokina 12-24 and Sigma 105 macro. Those 3 lenses are not autofocus in front of 5300. If I am shooting still subjects + on the tripod, with the help of the focus magnification tool on the LCD (in live view mode) it is no problem.

But for moving subjects, handheld shots they are almost unusable for me. Not easy to determine the focused area without using LCD.

Best Nikon lens site I've found - http://www.naturfotograf.com/lens_surv.html -  he looks at a number of the older lenses so you might find a lot of info on the ones you have.
