Title: RAYNOX DCR-250 MACRO
Post by: stokfoto on March 02, 2007, 18:54
I was just checking RAYNOX DCR-250 MACRO lens adaptors and now curious if there is any of you have experience with them. what I actually like to know if they are compatible with DSLR lenses. because all the sample images I found on flickr were taken with some sort of P&S and DSLRlike cameras.
I read a review somewhere saying somebody was having problem with focusing when  using  it with canon ef F1.8 lens?
considering their reasonable price it might be worth giving it a go what do you think?
oh BTW I assume you can't autofocus with them can you?

I guess this is like an extension tube idea but with glass for a P&S or dslr? Good Idea!

My extension tubes work really well for macro and were inexpensive. I use them with my 50mm prime lens. No glass in them to spoil your good lens glass. Three different sizes to intermingle. I ordered them on ebay right from Asia shipped to Canada with no problems.
