Title: Strange camera deal?

Hello,

my brother found this camera deal. It seems totally cheap, what do you guys think of it?
Anyone knows this company?
I guess the 28-300 are the 18-200 adjusted to full-frame.
If cameras are really that cheap in the US, I leave Canada :D. (joking ---- NEVER :P)
