Looking for a bit of advise please, am about to purchase a new dslr and have been looking at either a 60d or 600d. I have done a bit of research and can't really see a lot of difference in these models other than the 60d has the top plate lcd and is more expensive. So does anyone use these cameras and what do you think.
Thanks

5D Mark II. But if you have to choose between those two I would go with the 600D and spend the 200+ dollars difference on a nicer lens or a studio light.

I have the 550D and its great. The 60d would be nice but I like spending as little as possible and updating my camera more often. The 650D could be out soon, possibly more MP's and improved video. http://www.canonrumors.com/2011/12/canon-eos-rebel-t4i-cr2/ (http://www.canonrumors.com/2011/12/canon-eos-rebel-t4i-cr2/)

There are a number of web sites talking about the differences - basically the 60d is a little tougher, also it has a better viewfinder and more cross type autofocus points, unfortunately in the 60d they removed some of the features that made the XXd line a big step up from the XXXd line.
