Title: Canstock payout prefs

I requested a payout from canstock several weeks ago and haven't heard anything. I also sent them an email asking were I can check my payout preferences to make sure I gave them the correct paypal address and have had no reply. Does anyone know where this info is located on their site...thanks in advance....jp

Our payments are typically sent on the 1st and the 15th of every month, so you should receive yours in a little under a week. The address you used was paypal@___

Also, I checked our records and we actually did respond to your support ticket shortly after you posted it - I assume the notification email must have got stuck in a spam filter. Let me know if you want us to forward you the link again.

Thanks Duncan, For some reason I didn't get the reply via email which could have been a spam setting on my end. Great to hear from you and appreciate your quick response. And I added CanStockPhoto to my links...missed adding it when I joined you guys. The paypal address is correct...again thanks....jp

Duncan, when a payout is requested, can you put that info up on the page?  (The 1st and 15th info.)  I was starting to wonder about a payout request I made around the 17th.

I guess the key word in my earlier message is "typically", as sometimes they go out a day before or later. In this month's case the payments went out early this morning, opposed to last night.  If you requested your payment by PayPal, it should have been deposited to your account a few hours ago.

Okay thanks... It showed up today.  Just eager to add some new equipment and piss off the wife.  ;D
