How is the fastest way to close account in canstockphoto. I tried closing and it says it only be availible when I have deleted all my files online and the files to edit (I have more then a hundred). It is virtually impossible to delete all by hand since after deleting one file it takes lots of seconds and then goes back to the page with the files and they are all closed. the process is to open one and delete again. This would take like forever to do. I have sent an email and opened a ticket the only response I have got is that my message was sent to the proper sector but days now and no repply. Automating movements of mouse dont work either once the system in canstock is the worst ever. Does anyone have any idea?

Small companies are usually always slow. Also I'm sorry to say nothing is ever easy or fast with in that company. So fast removal is not going to be an easy task as so many others before you already have gone though the same way.  So I guess you are just going to have to pound away till something gives.  :-\

Response for my request to close the account was pretty quick, but apparently, they refuse to pay the balance (it is below threshold).
Per membership agreement, "Cancelled accounts forfeit the rights to any accumulated earnings, credits, or subscriptions. No refunds will be made."
I am wondering, how this can be legal?

I forfeited a whole $4 after 2 years.

I canceled my account a while ago... too demanding, few sales ( two in one year) decided to close my account. I believe that do not respect the work of the photographer or i think so.
