My first sale was for $9.73. It was a small (imagine what a larger size would have brought. Keep on giving me sales like that and they'll be my no. 1 agency. They jumped to no. 2.

Nice first sale. I don't remember getting commissions that high from there before.

Bravo !
Excellent sale on superb site :)
Really niiice feeling, agree ?
BTW, fotografer, my highest sale on CS was over 14 $.
So, yes, Duncan is generous :)

My highest there was for $25 and I've had several between $10-$20 - rare but nice. Good for you to start out with a nice one.

Got a couple of those sales ($12,60 and $8,00) in the first months of uploading there. These are a real encouragement to continue uploading. My highest there was $22

LOL, cherish this sale because your next 100 may be 25 cent subs!
(But seriously, CS seems to be improving just slightly in 2012 isn't it?)
-
My return per DL there is averaging $1.08 so far this year and $1.33 lifetime. The $1.33 puts it ahead of all the major sites that get decent DLs - the only ones higher for me are featurepics, Veer and Alamy where overall sales are lower (although maybe picking up at Veer). Of my last 10 sales at CS, only 3 were subs averaging $1.19 per DL. In contrast, at SS this month 95% of my DLs were subs giving an average of $0.43 per DL. Of course, I've had 22 times more DLs at SS than CS so far this month so overall revenue is 9 times higher. But CS has a decent return and I like the low volume of subs - they are my #5 agency for overall revenue, after 123 but ahead of FT. Well worth the easy upload process.

Just been and had a look and I have got some higher ones from Distribution Regular sales but so few and far between that I had forgotten about them.

If you look at the payout schedule (https://www.canstockphoto.com/payout_schedule.php) at Canstock you will see that these distribution sales pay a royalty of 20%.
While I do like to get those, I wouldn't call that "generous".
