I am willing to waste some time uploading to CanStockPhoto, since they're under Fotosearch now and things might start looking good.
But their model release is a three page document. I see no reason for this, you can put all on a single page. How do you do it? Stick all the pages in one long scan / photo?
I copied the content of their MR PDF file into a Word document, changed the font size, arranged a bit and it fits on a single page. Do you think they'll accept this? I also kept their logo on the top of the page

I use a standard model release for all sites except IS.

You could always scan the pages into one file, but I agree we can condense it down a little. One page would be ideal.

But as goldenangel suggested - we also accept 3rd party releases, as long as they cover the same general terms. So if you have your own 1 page release, or one from another agency, you can use that as well.
