Title: RESOLVED: I no longer have a contributor account?!?

On the top bar I used to see
Your name (logout) | Balance: $ | Credits:  | Subscription: | Buy Images

There you would also see the balance in $ .

I no longer have a balance, and I have the option to open a contributor account. I cant get to my portfolio and all my stats have been wiped as if I am new.

But my sales graphs are still there

Anyone else have this?

My portfolio is still there.

Hmm, I have opened a ticket with them. Very strange.

Sorted. I delete my cookies, but upon logging in, the cookies werent recreated so it was like I never existed. Log out log in resolved the issue. CanStockPhoto picked up the ticket really fast and Duncan sorted it in one reply.
