Title: Problems with EPS files Canstock
Post by: donding on March 27, 2010, 12:33
Has any one had problems uploading EPS.zip files to CanStock? I have tried over and over through filezilla as well as on site...they never show up. I've sent it as a zip file so that's not the problem. I tried doing it several days ago thinking it was just slow showing up, but still nothing then I did it again this morning...and still nothing.

Any one know what I'm doing wrong or have had the same experience?
I'm getting very frustrated!!

Hello -

Can you please kindly email us one of your zip files at info@ canstockphoto.com? We'll test it out on our end to determine what the issue is.

If you are uploading using FTP, perhaps try uploading with our ActiveX/Java upload utility. Or in the mean time you could also upload the individual EPS files, without the zip file.

Thank you,

Duncan

I tried both...if I just upload the EPS file do I also need to upload a separate jpg file also. I'd rather do it that way rather than messing with the zip files

i encounter problems that i uploaded few zipped files, but canstockphoto uploading system will misread IPTC data and preview image of files, i can see the original files information is the correct zipped file names, but all preview image and IPTC during 'unfinished' editing stage are wrong.
