Hi Santosa

May I suggest that you perhaps use this link:
http://translate.google.co.za/?hl=en&tab=wT (http://translate.google.co.za/?hl=en&tab=wT)
Choose your own language in the "From" Menu and either type or copy your message in your own language in the open area below it. Then, if it is not already selected, select English in the "To" menu. Press the blue "Translate" button. Now copy the translated text and past it in the message area you need to type in here or on the website like Canstock's contact message area (or even in an email).

Your English is unfortunately not very clear and I think this may help you getting your message across better.

Hope this may help you as well (you can always also place English text in there and convert it back to your language when you get a reply)  ;)
