Unable to FTP Upload

Over the past week I have been unable to upload via FTP. I can access the root files but am unable to upload content.
Anyone else having this issue?
I am uploading video so I am not sure if it is just video or other types of media.

maybe is the CanStockPhoto telling you to please don't upload videos anymore cause they are selling it to low?
